Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern palania.io and the Palania services supplied by DashSystem Limited Company (LLC), 1209 Mountain Road PL NE STE N, Albuquerque, NM 87110-7825, United States; EIN 32-0836045; [email protected].
Usage rules apply to the features you use. For purchases, the features and price shown before confirmation supplement these terms; the version in effect when the order is placed applies. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Keep a copy of these terms and your order confirmation.
Player account
Login uses a pre-existing player account in the Palania network; there is no website registration. Use that account’s username and password, not your Microsoft or another provider’s password. Protect your credentials and report unauthorised use.
The shop can be used without signing in: choose the recipient player before paying. The purchaser and recipient may differ. Receiving a gift does not grant access to the purchaser’s payment information or subscription controls.
You must have legal capacity and the payment method holder’s permission. Minors must obtain their legal representative’s approval where required.
Services provided
The website presents network games, players, teams and rankings, offers certain account settings and a custom-rank editor, and sells virtual credit packs. Availability, compatible versions and prerequisites are shown on the relevant pages.
Playing requires Internet access, a compatible Minecraft client and the game rights and access required for the chosen mode. The website does not provide a Minecraft licence. Buying credits does not guarantee that every game will always be open or any game result.
Conduct and content
Cheating, fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, unlawful content, infringement, disclosure of private data, sanction evasion, malicious exploitation of vulnerabilities and disruption of the network are prohibited.
Names, skins, prefixes, emojis and team identities must follow these rules. Custom ranks are limited to eligible accounts; preparing one without signing in does not replace in-game confirmation, permission checks, change cooldowns or moderation. No linked Discord account is required to prepare a rank.
Palania credits
Credits are virtual units for use within Palania. They are not legal tender, a payment account or an investment and cannot be exchanged for cash except for a legal refund or the seller’s express agreement. They cannot be used on other servers.
Each pack states its credit quantity. Check the recipient’s username and head before paying. For an error, contact us promptly with the order reference: a correction depends in particular on identifying and recovering unused credits, without prejudice to statutory rights.
Credits are delivered after Stripe confirms payment. An unpaid renewal does not deliver credits. If confirmed payment has not been delivered, contact [email protected]; conformity and refund rights remain applicable.
One-time purchases and subscriptions
One-time purchase is the default and does not renew. Choosing a subscription authorises payment for the pack each week, month or year as expressly selected. “Month” is the suggested subscription interval, not automatic enrolment.
The same credit quantity is delivered for each paid renewal at the stated periodic price. For example, a yearly pack delivers once per year, not twelve monthly packs. Subscriptions continue until cancelled; no additional minimum term applies unless expressly stated before purchase.
Cancel future renewals through the Stripe portal where accessible, or email [email protected] from the email used for payment with its reference. Guest purchasers can also cancel this way. Request cancellation before the due date to avoid renewal. There is no cancellation fee. Cancellation does not remove withdrawal, guarantee or erroneous-payment refund rights.
A price change does not retroactively affect paid periods. Changes to an existing subscription’s price require prior notice and the ability to decline renewal on the new terms.
Price and payment
The summary identifies the pack, recipient, currency, amount and frequency. Applicable taxes and the final total are stated before payment confirmation. No physical delivery fee applies. Bank conversion fees, if any, depend on your agreement with your bank.
Payment takes place on Stripe’s hosted page using the methods offered at checkout. Palania never requests full card details by email or messaging. An order is confirmed only after payment acceptance; returning to the site without Stripe confirmation is not proof of payment.
Suspicious transactions or differences between expected and received amounts may require review. Keep your Stripe receipt or reference and contact support about duplicate, refused or unexplained payments.
Cancellation rights and refunds
Consumers entitled to the applicable EU withdrawal right normally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. More protective rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, losing this right through immediate supply requires all legal conditions to be met, including prior express agreement, express acknowledgement of the loss and confirmation on a durable medium. Acceptance of these terms, payment or automatic delivery alone is not such a waiver. Without valid collection of those declarations, applicable rights remain available.
Send an unambiguous statement to [email protected] or the registered office before the deadline. You may use the model below but are not required to. A valid withdrawal is reimbursed within 14 days of notification through the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another fee-free method. Stop using the affected credits after withdrawing; withdrawal of those credits or related benefits is handled in accordance with law. Refunds owed for non-conformity, erroneous payments or other legal grounds are not excluded.

Statutory digital content guarantees
DashSystem Limited Company remains responsible for mandatory guarantees applicable to digital content and services. For consumers covered by French law, a one-off supply or series of individual supplies is covered for non-conformity existing at supply and appearing within two years; continuous supply is covered throughout the contractual supply period.
You may request restoration of conformity free of charge, without undue delay and without significant inconvenience. Where provided by law, including impossibility, refusal or failure to restore conformity, you may obtain a price reduction or terminate the contract and receive the refund owed. Updates necessary to maintain conformity must be supplied for the legally required duration.
Report a defect to [email protected] with the account, order reference and description. The guarantee is not conditional on a subscription, Discord connection or buying additional services. Other statutory guarantees and remedies remain available.
Moderation and sanctions
Moderation may remove non-compliant content, restrict a feature, mute a player or suspend access temporarily or permanently according to seriousness, recurrence, security and legal obligations. The private profile displays measures available in the network’s history.
Request a reasoned review at [email protected] with your username, UUID, the action and supporting information. A purchase does not exempt anyone from the rules. A sanction does not automatically cancel a Stripe subscription: request cancellation to prevent future renewal. It does not remove mandatory consumer rights or the right to challenge the action.
Availability and maintenance
The website and game servers may be interrupted for maintenance, incidents or changes. Statistics and rankings may update with a delay. An interruption does not make an undelivered order fulfilled: contact us about problems with a paid service.
Material changes affecting a paid digital service remain subject to statutory notice, refusal and termination rights. Permanent closure does not allow the seller to retain payment for unprovided services without reviewing what is owed.
Intellectual property
You retain your rights in submitted content and authorise storage, technical reproduction, format adaptation and display only as necessary for the service and moderation. You must hold the necessary rights to uploaded skins, names, logos or other content.
Palania’s own assets and third-party trademarks remain their respective owners’ property. Credit sales do not transfer rights to Minecraft, Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
Liability
Each party is liable for attributable damage under applicable law. Users are responsible for compatible equipment and connectivity and for checking their order details.
No exclusion applies to non-excludable liability, statutory guarantees or mandatory consumer rights. Using Stripe or a hosting provider does not discharge the seller’s contractual obligations to the purchaser.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Palania, request account erasure and cancel future subscriptions by contacting support. Deleting a player account and cancelling a payment contract are separate operations: identify the subscriptions concerned in your request.
Palania may suspend or close access on legitimate grounds, with notice and recourse where legally required. Paid orders, refunds due and retention obligations are handled separately from access closure.
Governing law and disputes
Subject to mandatory applicable rules, these terms are governed by the law of New Mexico, United States. This choice does not deprive consumers of applicable mandatory protections in their country of residence or their right to bring proceedings before legally competent courts; this clause does not impose exclusive US jurisdiction on consumers.
First send a complaint to [email protected] to seek an amicable solution. Statutory remedies and mediation rights remain available. The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and can no longer be used to file a claim.
